I found these two LJ communities. One has so many posts, it will fill up your friends page if you watch it. So, the next best thing is to tag it on your browser. It seems to post "LJ's Top 15" - but idk. Name: lj_top15_noncyr. See that last bit, "noncyr"? That means it is not in Cyrillic, or Russian.
